Who I am

I’m a Learning & Development professional, cultural explorer, and lifelong student of human potential.

My work exists at the intersection of strategy and humanity—where clarity meets empathy, and learning becomes a path of transformation.

For more than a decade, I’ve designed and led global training programs that empower people and organizations to grow with purpose. Whether facilitating leadership experiences, shaping culture, or mentoring others, I believe true learning happens when people feel seen, understood, and capable of change.

But my work goes deeper than skill or strategy—it’s about identity.

As a proud Anishinaabe (Ojibwe) individual, I draw from my ancestry, rituals, and spiritual traditions to help people reconnect with who they are beneath the roles they play. Through ancestral exploration, astrology, and reflection, I guide others to uncover the stories, patterns, and gifts that shape their sense of purpose.

This journey—of remembering, aligning, and activating—is what I call identity-driven learning.

It’s a process that begins with self-discovery and leads to authentic expression and growth:

Awaken who you are.
Align how you show up.
Activate how you grow.

Every program, every conversation, and every project I lead is rooted in that belief:

that transformation begins with identity, and learning becomes powerful when it’s personal.

My mission is simple—to transform complexity into clarity and help people grow from the inside out.
